Every staff runs into the same thing in August. Everybody thinks somebody else has it covered, the water, the film, the equipment check, the headsets, and nobody finds out until Friday night. This is a blank staff card that fixes that. It has a block for eight coaches, and each coach gets lines for On the Field, Practice, Game Night and Admin Duties.

Fill it in before the season, hand every coach a copy, and keep one on the wall in the office. When a job changes, change the card. Every line is editable, so it fits your staff, not mine.
