This is how we put a game plan together during the week. It starts with how we pick what film to watch and the questions we ask first, then how we scout an opponent position by position, the statement I make to my coaches every week, how we build an all inclusive game plan for the players, the types of tempo we use and the problems with each, and series based play calling.

The second deck takes the game plan to the call sheet: the script, 3rd down and 4th down calls, 2 minute, drive starters, the man zero plan and the backup QB plan.

Bonus: our actual Week 10 game plan from 2023 is at the end of the first deck, the same document our coaches and players got that week. Overall message, special teams, offense, position notes and defense. Player names have been taken out.
