I walk through the halftime plan we use every week and how we break it into four segments so we cover as much as possible in the time we have. When the staff meets, when position coaches get their players, when the coordinators take the full offense and defense, and what the head coach covers before we head back out. The second-half adjustments get made and written down inside that plan, not in the hallway on the way back to the field.
