When a kid goes down on a Friday night, nobody should be asking who does what. Our emergency action plan puts a name on every job before the season starts, home or away, and it can be modified for practice too.

This card has the five jobs we assign: aiding the athlete, riding with the athlete, watching the team, directions and meeting medical personnel, and crowd control. It also has an at-a-glance table you can post on the sideline. Type your staff's names right on the lines and change any job to fit your school's plan.
