The season ends on a Friday night, and the next one starts the Monday after. This card is the off-season on one page, month by month, the way we run it in our program. December is for closing out the season: exit interviews, the season review, the interest meeting and the equipment inventory. January through March is for getting better, April and May are for getting organized, June and July are summer, and August is for getting ready.

Every task has a box to check, a line for who owns it and a line for when it is due. Every block has blank lines for your own jobs, and there is a notes block for anything that doesn't fit a month. Every word is editable, so change the tasks, the months and the labels to fit your program.

Who it is for: Head coaches who want the off-season planned before the last game is over, and first-year head coaches who want to know what comes next.
