Every year we put our goals in writing before the season starts: the head coach's goals, what we expect in the classroom, and the goals for every level of the program from varsity down to 7th grade. When they're written down, the whole staff is working toward the same thing.

This card has a block for your head coach goals, an academics block and your academic policies, a Theme of the Week table for weeks 1 through 10 and the playoffs with a line for the coach who owns each week, and goal blocks for varsity, junior high and 7th grade. Every line is blank and every word is editable, so type your goals right on it and change any label that doesn't fit your program.
