This is the checklist our staff works off from Saturday morning to Sunday night. Saturday, every bit of HUDL work that can be done from home gets done. Sunday at 1:00 the head coach meets with the DC and at 2:00 with special teams while the players are in therapy, the offensive and defensive staffs finish the gameplan through the afternoon, and the full staff meets from 5:00 to 6:00.

The card has checklists for the offensive breakdown, the defensive breakdown, the scouting report with grades due by 7:30 Sunday, and the full staff meeting, plus a spot for practice needs so the scout team cards get made with the right numbers.
